Humpertech - An acronym I coined for human performance technology.
My current occupation centers on improving individual, system, unit, process and organizational performance. Generally speaking, I focus on three broad categories of performance: financial, operational and individual. For the most part, solutions to problems in these areas are "engineered," that is, brought about as the result of skillful, artful contrivance, not as the result of employing by-the-book approaches.
I intend to put all my experiences with learning and adopting human performance technology in this weblog. Hope to make this an easy-to-use internet resource on HPT.
